Steven has 10 years experience in cross-channel development specializing in program execution and coding best practices. He has built global solutions and successfully managed teams for several retail, finance, and travel industry clients including Intuit, PayPal, Hotwire, and Wells Fargo.
Most recently, Steven managed the Campaign Services team at Responsys responsible for developing, testing, and deploying 100+ weekly email campaigns and Lifecycle marketing programs. In just two years, he grew his team 400% to 30 employees. A firm believer in customer service, Steven partnered with clients to help achieve their business goals as well as their technical needs. He is known for being calm under pressure and a master of process and flawless execution. His specialties include HTML, CSS, Javascript, Web 2.0 technologies, LAMP stack experience (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP), and Responsys Interact Suite.
